NAPAGA – Namma Parivara Gruha is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families and communities through counselling, vocational training, child development, women’s empowerment, tribal welfare, and senior citizen support. Registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act and holding provisional registration under Section 12AB of the Income Tax Act, NAPAGA is committed to creating inclusive opportunities and lasting social impact with transparency and accountability.

NAPAGA is also committed to eradicating child labour and ensuring that every child has the right to education, safety, and a nurturing environment. We empower children through learning, life skills, emotional support, and opportunities that help them build a brighter and more hopeful future.

ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿವಾರ ಗೃಹ (ನಪಗ) ಕರುಣೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಲಾಭರಹಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ, ಆದಿವಾಸಿಗಳ, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ವಿಕಸನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಗೌರವಯುತ, ಆಶಾದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನಾವು ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಸಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಗಿದೆ. "ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸೋಣ – ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸಬಲಗೊಳಿಸೋಣ – ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ತರೋಣ" ಎಂಬ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಪಗ ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಳಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಪಗ, ಬಾಲಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮಗುವಿಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾತಾವರಣ ದೊರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಜೀವನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಗುವಿನ ಕನಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ರೆಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
