Bhargavi Shrie

 

Bhargavi Shrie is a compassionate mental health advocate and certified lay counsellor dedicated to promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience. As a Certified Lay Counsellor and Certified Wellbeing Volunteer from NIMHANS, she provides empathetic support to individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Complementing her counselling expertise with Sound healing, Pranic healing, and Human Rights, she adopts a holistic and person-centred approach to mental wellness.


Through Swaatantra and her community initiatives, Bhargavi strives to create safe, non-judgmental spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes that mental health is as important as physical health and works to reduce stigma through counselling, awareness programs, workshops, and preventive wellbeing initiatives. Her mission is to make emotional support accessible while helping individuals build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connections for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
