About this list

The Indian numbers above were checked against each organisation's own official website in August 2026. The two international directories are maintained by their own organisations, and we don't verify their listings. Helplines do change — if a number doesn't connect, please try another on this list, or call 112. Swaatantra does not operate any of these services and is not responsible for them.
