Who we are

What we collect, and what we never ask for

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to write in a booking note. Our website host also records basic analytics such as pages visited and device type. We do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, or clinical records, and we ask you not to send them. Anything you tell us about your emotional or mental state is sensitive personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we treat it that way.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to train AI systems. We do not contact you for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not record sessions and we do not keep clinical notes.

Confidentiality

What you say in a session is confidential. There are two exceptions: a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else's, or a legal requirement to disclose. If either arises, we will tell you rather than act without your knowledge. Only Bhargavi Shrie has access to booking details. Our website and booking provider (GoDaddy) processes bookings on our behalf, and payment providers never share your card details with us.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or explain who we have shared it with. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to manoswaatantra@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Grievance Officer: Bhargavi Shrie, manoswaatantra@gmail.com. We keep booking records for 3 years for accounting purposes, then delete them.

Accounts and access

Booking a session requires creating an account with our booking provider so you can view and manage your bookings. That account stores your name, email, phone number, and booking history. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to manoswaatantra@gmail.com. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our site uses cookies for basic analytics; you can decline non-essential cookies via the banner.
